BeCu Ported Sleeve - 6 inch
Beryllium copper ported sleeve with internal threads and a ring of radial ports.
This one's a beryllium copper sleeve for a directional drilling tool - bored and threaded on the inside at both ends, one Stub Acme and one UN thread. Around the middle there's a ring of 16 radial ports we cross-drilled through the wall. We turned the OD and the bore, cut both internal threads, and drilled the ports on index. With holes right through the wall we left the cross-drilling for last so the part didn't move on us while there was still stock to hold.
