About Volk CNC Machine Shop
Volk CNC is a Calgary-based CNC machine shop and manufacturing facility serving industrial customers across Alberta, Canada, and North America.
The facility has more than 20 years of manufacturing history and was recently acquired by www.cncmarket.ca, bringing new investment, digital processes, and equipment expansion.
Our main focus is custom components, downhole tools, and assembly work for the oil and gas industry, from prototypes and small runs to larger production batches.
We currently operate 9 CNC mills and lathes, and continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities.

Our machine shop provides the following services:
Our turning capabilities include both CNC and manual machining. Our machine park includes high-performance lathes from Okuma (Japan) and Hision (China), supporting everything from prototypes and custom parts to full production runs.
Our milling capabilities include HAAS VF-3, HAAS VF-2, and Hision VMC1000 machining centers, all equipped with 4-axis capabilities, as well as a HAAS VF-2TR with full 5-axis machining capability.
We provide standard and complex welding services, including 4th axis welding on different material types from steel to stainless steel and others.
From custom toolholders and specialized CNC workholding solutions to assembly fixtures, welding fixtures, and 3D-printed prototypes.
We provide complete assembly services, from simple products such as pup joints to complex mechanical assemblies. While we do not perform coating processes in-house, we work with a network of trusted local subcontractors and can coordinate a wide range of coating and surface treatment services as part of our manufacturing service.
As part of the CNCmarket.ca Inc. group, we have access to both worlds: manufacturing through Volk CNC and the supply of CNC machines, tooling, and equipment that we use and test ourselves.
