This is a short alloy steel sleeve with a pair of O-ring grooves on the OD and three milled channels between them, each ending in two ports cut through the wall to the bore. We turned the OD, the bore and the seal grooves, then milled the channels and the ports. The seal diameters and the groove widths are both held within .001, so the O-rings seat the way they should. Laser-engraved in house and phosphated through our finishing partner.
