This is a short alloy steel sleeve with a J-slot track milled all the way around the outside - a zig-zag path of pockets and ramps that a pin follows as the tool cycles. The print is reference only; the slot path is cut straight from the customer's 3D model. We turned the OD and the bore, holding the OD within .001, then milled the track and laser-engraved the arrow and markings in house. Phosphated through our finishing partner.
