This is a big one - about 32 inches of oilfield casing, 6-5/8 inch OD and around 50 lb, machined into a ported sub. We ran it on the steady rest to hold the long end true, turned the OD, bore, chamfers and O-ring seal diameters, then cross-drilled a pattern of ports through the wall. On a part this long most of the work is keeping it steady and running true from end to end. We can't show the finished part, so the photo is the setup on the lathe.
