Beryllium copper piston cap with a hex and an internal Stub Acme thread.
Small beryllium copper piston cap for a directional drilling tool - a hex to grip it, an internal Stub Acme thread, and a beveled seat bored inside. We turned the OD and the bore, cut the bevel seat, milled the hex, and single-pointed the Acme thread. Not a big part, but there's a lot going on in a short piece of BeCu, so we ran it in one careful setup. Held the diameters to .005.
